How do I make contact with you?  

Easy, just contact us via the Contact Us page for customer service, or you can email us directly at woof@4bigdogs.com.au and we’ll get back to you promptly, usually within 24 hours (week days).  Be sure in the details section to alert us as to why you’re reaching out. 

Are your dog beds really that good?   

I know this is word of mouth, but Caesar has definitely told me he loves his bed.  Even during the day (and definitely at night) he’ll be on his bed.  We tried the cheapo options and well … they just didn’t make the cut.  I kept searching and when we found this bed, it was “thank goodness!”  

What size bed should I choose?  

Think about your dog and about the space for the bed.  My first purchase was the EXTRA LARGE and it’s big, but it also means Caesar can sleep on the bed fully stretched out.  As a Shepweiller (Rotty Sheppard cross) he’s not as big as some big dogs, but I had the space.  That’s the other thing, consider where you’re putting it.  I recommend you get a towel or sheet and fold it to the size of the dimensions you’re considering and the place where you’re planning on putting it.  Leave it there for a couple of days and ensure you’re happy.  

What about a smaller dogs’ bed?  

These beds are great, and every dog deserves a great bed – big or small.  That’s why we’ll be bringing smaller beds to the site soon. 

Do you sell dog bed sheets / covers?   

We certainly will very soon.  A range is being designed for production (Australia Made!) now and once we have them, will be on the site.  If you’re keen to be alerted once stock is up, just send us a message via the CONTACT PAGE, and be sure to include in your message that you’d like to be emailed when the bed covers are made available.  We’ll add you to the ‘wish list’ and drop you an email as soon as they are ready.   

Where do you ship to?   

Australia wide – all states, but if you are in remote areas, such as a cattle station, then we can only ship to the nearest town.  You’ll need to make arrangements to use that address and pick up when you come to town.  We do not ship to New Zealand or overseas.  

What if I select the wrong size or I simply change my mind?  

If this happens, and you return the goods in perfect condition, paying the postage in getting it back to us, and the product is in perfect condition, then we will accept a return, with a 25% re-shelving fee.  If you wish to switch products, claim your refund, and simply re-order via the site.  It’s just cleaner to make it two separate transactions.  To action this, you will need to first contact us via our CONTACT PAGE and alert us you will be doing this.  Your refund (less re-shelving fee) will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of the item back.  

My dog chewed the product – that’s covered under warranty, right?  

Nope, sorry, that’s something akin to ‘acts of God’ and such damage is not covered by warranty.  We’ve taken the time to test every product for suitability, but if someone kicks the bowl across the yard with a steel capped boot, or your dog gets into a chewing fit with his bed, sorry, we cannot accept a return.
